This fabulous single storey barn offers generous living space plus four bedrooms, and has the advantage of its own huge, totally private south-facing courtyard with ample terrace.

Planting has been devised to be reminiscent of the shingle banks on the nearby seashore, incorporating driftwood, and with plants representing those to be found close to the marshes.

The living space has one entire glass wall, overhung by a loggia creating extraordinary character, but also providing shade during hot summer days. The glass screens open fully to admit the sunshine. The kitchen, in waxed light oak, has a rustic but still contemporary feel.

As in all the properties, the kitchen is complete with stainless steel double oven, hob, chimney extractor and built in microwave. A separate laundry provides additional space for a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom and principal guest bedroom have en suite facilities, while bedrooms three and four are served by a family bathroom close by with a double-ended bath.
