1 Brookside Cottage is situated at the North end of the picturesque village of Kelling, this romantic period flint and brick one/two bedroom cottage has views over the fields and is half a mile from the sea, past the environmental award-winning marshes, home to many rare species of wading birds.

Access is across the tiny brook to the side of the cottage, it offers a delightful walled garden and off-street parking. The interior has been extensively remodelled in neutral colours, yet maintained its rustic charm.
