Building maintenance is carried out by in-house teams and is included in the rent.

Gardening services are included in the rent of The Lowes properties.  The Cottages' gardens can be maintained by arrangement with the Estate Office.

Other services on offer can be tailored to our tenants' requirements, and we are always happy to consider any suggestions.
